A specialized class for flyers to work on flexibility, body control, and air awareness. Includes body positions (lib, heel stretch, bow and arrow, scale, arabesque, scorpion, needle) and core stability drills.
This Elite tumbling class is designed for advanced athletes training level 3-5 skills. Athletes will focus on Technique, power, and progressions of skills such as Punch Fronts, Tucks, X outs, Layouts, Fulls and special passes. Class will emphasize proper form, safe skill development and strong execution for competition.
