This class is for athlete ready to learn or master their BackHandspring. Athletes will focus on drills strength, technique and confidence to safely achieve a clean back handspring.
This Elite tumbling class is designed for advanced athletes training level 3-5 skills. Athletes will focus on Technique, power, and progressions of skills such as Punch Fronts, Tucks, X outs, Layouts, Fulls and special passes. Class will emphasize proper form, safe skill development and strong execution for competition.
